On April 25, 2014, Dean Sun of Jining Vocational and Technical College led college leaders and researchers to visit the company for inspection and guidance. General Manager Kong Cunliang warmly received the visit.

Mr. Sun and his delegation visited and inspected the finished product workshop, electronic workshop, assembly workshop, and experimental station, and gained a detailed understanding of the company's production, development, and talent needs.

During the visit, the general manager of the company introduced the company's production and operation status, as well as its future development plans, to the leaders of Jining Vocational and Technical College. He also introduced the company's recent demand for talent development, as well as its work philosophy of selecting, employing, nurturing, and retaining personnel in humanized system management.

After the inspection, both parties stated that they will actively explore new ways of school enterprise cooperation in their future work, continue to strengthen communication and exchange, establish a long-term and interactive talent supply and demand cooperation relationship, and achieve the goal of "mutual needs, complementarity and win-win".
